The Question That Started Everything

Why does the pain keep coming back?

Most training focuses on getting stronger, faster, or more powerful without first addressing how the body moves. When the foundation is missing, the body finds ways to compensate. Over time, those compensations can lead to recurring pain, repeated injuries, and inconsistent performance, leaving you frustrated and wondering why the same problems keep returning. Divine Design Movement helps you understand those patterns, rebuild your foundation, and create more efficient movement from the ground up.

The Method in Motion

This is what DDM looks like.

The DDM Method

Three phases. In order. Every time.

01 · Restore

Reclaim the positions and movement options your body was designed to have. Ground work, foot function, breathing, spinal movement, joint function.

02 · Organize

Teach the body to control what was restored. Balance, rhythm, coordination, reaction, rope flow, nervous system development, timing and sequencing.

03 · Perform

Turn restored, organized movement into output. Strength, speed, rotation, athletic power, and transfer to your sport.

The Founder

Coach Paul Martin

Six years of college baseball. A career's worth of injuries: Osgood-Schlatter, Little League elbow, shoulder impingement, shin splints, chronic low back pain, and multiple surgeries. Every time, the same advice: rest until the pain goes away. It always came back.

That cycle became the question that built Divine Design Movement: why do athletes keep getting stronger while their bodies keep breaking down? Years of study in biomechanics, fascia, nervous system development, and rotational mechanics turned injuries into an education.

"I believe our bodies were intentionally designed with remarkable capacity to move, adapt, and perform. My responsibility is to steward that design well and help athletes do the same."
