Coach Paul Martin
Six years of college baseball. A career's worth of injuries: Osgood-Schlatter, Little League elbow, shoulder impingement, shin splints, chronic low back pain, and multiple surgeries. Every time, the same advice: rest until the pain goes away. It always came back.
That cycle became the question that built Divine Design Movement: why do athletes keep getting stronger while their bodies keep breaking down? Years of study in biomechanics, fascia, nervous system development, and rotational mechanics turned injuries into an education.
"I believe our bodies were intentionally designed with remarkable capacity to move, adapt, and perform. My responsibility is to steward that design well and help athletes do the same."
